Frequently Asked Questions
When do you Set up & Pick up?
We will set up by 3pm and pick up after 10am the next day. If you need setup before that time, please let us know. We will reach out to you with the estimated time of arrival.
Is delivery included?
We offer delivery, setup & tent removal at no extra charge within 25 miles of our homebase (86327). We are happy to deliver outside that radius, but there will be an additional travel fee.
How long can we keep the tent?
Our reservations are for a 1 night rental. Additional nights at a discounted rate will be dependent on availability.
Can we rent more than 1 tent per night?
Yes, depending on availability.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before your booking. There are no refunds if you cancel less than 14 days, but the full amount paid can be applied to a different date as long as it is available.
What if it rains?
Our canvas tent is 100% rainproof. If light rain is expected, we will set up as normal. If severe weather or lightning is expected, you can reschedule the day of your booking. Reschedule dates are based on availability.
What about bedding?
We provide memory foam mattresses with a pillow top pad. Bed sheets (fitted & flat), a light quilt, a light décor blanket, and pillow for each bed. We recommend sleeping bags and/or extra blankets for chilly nights.
What if I need extra beds?
We can provide extra beds at an additional cost. Call us to let us know what you have in mind and we can let you know how many additional beds will fit and the cost.
